Apartment surrounded by greenery just a few minutes from the centre of Marsala and the Stagnone. An independent apartment is available, created from a larger structure, immersed in a large 2000 square metre garden with pine trees, olive trees, citrus trees and relaxation corners. Also ideal for kite-surfing enthusiasts, thanks to the possibility of ample space to recondition equipment. The location is strategic: about 10 minutes from the centre of Marsala; about 10 minutes from the equipped beaches of the south coast; just 2.5 km from the Stagnone Reserve and the main kite-surfing schools; easily accessible from Trapani-Birgi airport (transfer available on request). It should be noted that the structure is located within a circuit of narrow streets typical of Marsala's urban planning. Description of the accommodation (about 50 sqm): Living room with fully equipped kitchenette and sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and cot and two private bathrooms with shower. Wooden annexe with washing machine and outdoor shower Relaxation area reserved for guests under two centuries-old olive trees, with deckchairs, coffee table. Possibility of barbecue. The garden is shared with the owner and 4 dogs, and the property can accommodate up to 3 people. The house is located in the heart of the historic center of the city of Marsala, a stone's throw from the cathedral, close to the main services, namely shops, restaurants, supermarkets, and pubs. In addition, the central location guarantees the convenience of visiting the typical shops of the Lilibetan tradition. The property is cozy and modern. Suitable for couples and solo travelers. There are many monuments: the cathedral, archaeological excavations, Palazzo VII Aprile and much more to visit. And there's nightlife.

It is located on the second floor (no elevator) and consists of a large room with private bathroom and a kitchen.
