It consists of open plan kitchen/living/dining, 2 bedrooms (main with double bed and spare with 2 single beds. Close to all amenities, bars, restaurants, mini-markets, bus stop and within walking distance from the Marsalforn, Qbajjar and Xwejni beaches, and long walks along the seashore and countryside beyond.

The kitchen area features wooden cabinetry and modern appliances, complemented by pendant lighting overhead. A dining table accommodates six place settings with plates and glasses. The blue dining chairs add a pop of color, while the countertop offers additional space for meal preparation.
