Step through the private entrance and into an interior filled with bright pictures, classic photos, and typical Scandinavian decor. The apartment is the lower floor of our architect designed villa, and we live upstairs. A small shady terrace complements the 100-square-meter apartment, which also has a wood-burning stove and huge soaking tub. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with a huge tub, a spacious dining room, a large living room with fireplace and a ¾ bed, and a bedroom with a ¾ bed. An extra bed or baby bed can be arranged. Access to washing machine. You will have access to your own private terrace, and free parking. You will have your own separate apartment with your own entrance and small terrace. You will have access to laundry room. The apartment is the lower floor in our big villa. We have lived in Aarhus for many years, love the city and will be happy to give you advice about the neighbourhood and the city. This apartment is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood only 2 kilometers from the city. Hike and bike in the forest only steps away and stroll to the beach in minutes. A short walk will reach Tivoli Friheden amusement park and Marselisborg Castle City busses is just around the corner, the light rail and train station is 3 km away. There is free parking just outside our door. Guest accommodation in a modern, bright annex building on a large park-like property. The home is located in the village of Ajstrup in a scenic area just south of Aarhus. Close to the forest and beach, there are plenty of opportunities to unwind or relax in quiet surroundings. Running and mountain biking trails in the forests. Walking along the beach, swimming, surfing, sailing and kayaking. Restaurants with gastronomy in a class of its own and fish restaurants in Norsminde or lunch in Skovmøllen. MOMU Viking Museum Moesgård is a neighbor.

I'm renting out my cozy little home. 5 beds. Possibility to use a fold-out mattress in the living room or sofa bed in the living room. The end-of-row house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to trail systems, shopping, bus/light rail (directly to Aarhus), playground and a short distance to forest and nature. I sometimes have the opportunity to rent the home for more days than the dates specified in the calendar, so please ask if there is a need for more days.

The apartment is equipped with 2 box mattresses and a sofa bed that can be made into a double bed There is a new kitchen and bathroom. Close to forest and nature. Walking distance to supermarket (Rema 1000). Large playground available a few meters from the house (Skåde School). Beautiful viewpoint at Kattehøj hill, which is a 10-minute walk from the house.
