The guest suite is separated from the rest of the house. We live next door - just ring the bell if we can help you. The guest suite is exclusively being used for Airbnb. The large room has one large bed with room for 2 (3) people, kitchenette with basic spices and kitchen equipment, one cooktop, fridge, microwave oven, as well as a dining table and couch. The smaller room has two single beds. There's free wifi (300Mb) in both rooms. Also free Netflix There's a large bathroom with toilet, changing table, baby tub, shower, and underfloor heating. We supply bed linen and towels There are two private terraces. One facing west and one with a beautiful view facing east. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee or your evening dinner. You can cook yourself in the kitchenette or order pizzas from our local pizza bakery (300 meters away). There's only 400 meters to several grocery stores. 2 playgrounds within 200 meters

Enjoy your stay in this spacious and quiet 75 sqm home. It is located on the 3rd floor with a good view. However, you have to use the stairs. Balcony. Only 9 minutes by car to the city center. 3 minutes walk to Discount 365 or 4 minutes to Lidl. Good bus connections. Parking is free 24 hours a day and there is plenty of space. There are frequent tram and bus connections from Mårslet to Aarhus city (free if you have AarhusCARD). Please note that I only rent the house to families.

The apartment is equipped with 2 box mattresses and a sofa bed that can be made into a double bed There is a new kitchen and bathroom. Close to forest and nature. Walking distance to supermarket (Rema 1000). Large playground available a few meters from the house (Skåde School). Beautiful viewpoint at Kattehøj hill, which is a 10-minute walk from the house.
