The house includes a south-facing courtyard. The house is located about 40 metres from the pedestrian street, 300 metres from the Marstal–Rudkøbing ferry, and about 1 kilometre from the bathing facilities at Eriks Hale, where there is also a good beach. The house comprises a living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor, and a large bedroom on the first floor. Living room. There are two adjustable beds (180 x 200) and a single bed (90 x 200). In addition, there is plenty of space for a cot. Includes bed linen, towels and tea towels. Please note that there are free buses that run across most of Ærø.

Welcome to our lovely, refurbished townhouse of 63 m2, which is located in one of Marstal's most idyllic streets, a few minutes' walk from everything. The house is on two floors and has a cozy living room with the possibility of extra beds, a dining room and a nice little kitchen with access to a closed, south-facing courtyard. The 1st floor has two separate bedrooms. You bring your own bed linen, towels, etc. The house is ideal for a family or 2 couples. Smaller dogs are also welcome.
