You have the entire cottage to yourself with private off road parking for 3 cars with EV charger & private front & rear gardens. Fully equipped kitchen with dining area & Utility room. Living room with 60" TV, Sky, DVD & log burner. Bathroom with shower. 1st floor: Main bedroom - King size bed & 50"TV, Second bedroom with Double Bed & Wardrobe, Bathroom with Roll top bath.

Fruit barn is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. It was newly built to a high spec in 2025. Beds are from Neptune and bed linen from The White Company. 1 x king bed and 2 x single beds. There can be an extra single added. Bedrooms have black out curtains. There isn’t a cooker but there is a microwave, a Dualit toaster, kettle, Nespresso & small fridge. There is a fabulous pub in the village - The Bell, which serves lunch and dinner. The barn is set within a 3 acre garden

Greylag Cabin and Marston Lodge

Greylag is a luxury heated lakeside cabin, designed and built on our farm. Curl up under a cosy throw on the super comfortable double bed (400 thread count sheets), or choose from seating areas inside, on the deck overlooking the lake, or by the fire pit with its inbuilt barbecue. Browse the internet using our fast broadband. Your own luxury shower room and toilet is a short walk away. As well as Greylag we have another cabin, Mallard (also on Airbnb).
