Giordano was a super nice host! He was always available for questions. The property offers all the necessary amenities for a stay and is well located.

Great location! Very close to all of the restaurants / shops & beach. Very spacious. Has 3 suites inside of the unit. Although we only needed one, it was nice having the space in the center of the city.

The house surrounded by olive trees creates an atmosphere of relaxation in absolute silence, all surrounded by a really deserving view. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need for your stay (dishes, towels...). Bruno was a very kind host and always ready to help us! The places he recommended left us pleasantly satisfied.

This was a week over Christmas holiday, spent visiting friends in Ascoli. The apartment was very spacious and the location near the old town centre was very useful. Only five minutes walk.

Very beautiful place, spacious, great for family, great location, restaurants and shopping all within walking distance, Paolo the host was helpful, and very responsive. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful spacious house and I had a very good time for the silence of this hill near the city and the sea. The panoramic view from the apartment was very exciting because it was a natural immersion with everything. Giulia is her partner, they were present but discreet. Their dog is adorable. I slept comfortably on the bed. All in all, my stay went great. I think I'll be back. I recommend it.

We loved the place and offered to buy it. Next time we stay we will ask for the larger unit. Our unit had large rooms and well equipped for a two week stay. Honestly this is an amazing find and I will stay again.

Very cozy house equipped with everything you need and even more! Reserved parking space in front of the entrance. A nice view from the terraces of the living room and double bedroom. On foot you can reach the main street in two minutes where there is a supermarket, bars, restaurants etc. The historic center is beautiful during the day, charming at night. You can quickly reach the other beautiful neighboring villages (Calscio, Ofena etc.) but also the mountains (Campo Imperatore). We had a great time, the very helpful lady responds to messages immediately

Our stay at Ellen and Gustav’s place will forever stay in our hearts. It was a transformative vacation, so much so that we now dream of creating something similar ourselves, someday, somewhere. The atmosphere, the energy, the style, the history, and the love that have been poured into this place are perfectly blended, making everything feel natural and special. Of course, there are small things that could be improved, but they are nothing compared to the immense sense of peace and well-being that the house and its surroundings provide. Every corner, every piece of furniture, every view, the silence, the beauty of the night atmosphere, everything spoke to us deeply. A heartfelt thank you also to Bice, the co-host, who welcomed us warmly and was always available and kind. We truly carry this place in our hearts and minds. We spent seven weeks in Franco's loft house. Everything was perfect! The place is extremely quiet and the views are breathtaking. Franco is a discreet but extremely available and responsive host. Communication was excellent before our arrival and throughout the stay. Montesilvano Colle is a very pretty village and it is the starting point for many walks, each more wonderful than the last. One thing is certain: if we can return to this accommodation, we won't hesitate for a second!

There were three of us there for a long weekend and it was perfect for this purpose. Right on the beach. The weather was nice so we could also swim a few laps in early May. The highlight was the view from the balcony. However, I would recommend arriving by car or renting one on site. We had little trouble getting there by public transports. The airport is about 15 km away, but it took us over an hour. Unfortunately, we could not order a taxi without language skills, as communication was generally difficult. Overall, however, we had a nice relaxing weekend with lots of sunshine.

The hosts were able to welcome us spontaneously when we had to change the apartment. They were very helpful and support us with lots of tips for things to do. The house is really beautiful, about 10 min from Chieti alto and 15 min from Francavilla. This is how you have mountains and beach. A good mix. We felt very comfortable.

My family and I had a great time. Excellent accommodation and hospitality.
