My studio is very comfortable. Located on the ground floor on the courtyard, it is very peaceful. The entrance is directly through the glass door of the workshop on the courtyard, surrounded by my plants. I have arranged it with great care to make the most of its small area. It is perfectly equipped in the kitchen and bathroom. The bed is located on the mezzanine. Its only flaw is the lack of light, but it's also a quality in summer where it remains very cool when the heat wave oppresses Paris.

Charming parisian flat

Our flat is ideal for a couple, but can cater for up to 4 people with the possibility of a single or double bed in the living room/dining room. Located on the first floor of an Haussmann-style building, it is bright and has a lovely view over a church and magnolia trees. In the heart of this lively, multi-ethnic district in the 18th arrondissement, it is a 10-minute walk from Montmartre, walking distance from Gare du Nord and close to several metro stations.

Studio balcony 19th

Fully equipped studio with balcony located on the 4th floor (with elevator) of a secure residence. 10 seconds from the 104 cultural center and close to Parc de la Villette and Canal de l'Ourcq. Many neighborhood shops nearby. The living room is mainly equipped with a work space, a living/dining room, a double bed and a sofa bed. Metro line 7 is 6 minutes away, then lines 12, 2 and 5 are a 12-minute walk away. Tram and several bus stops nearby as well.

Recently renovated apartment, very clean and very functional. Bright and relatively quiet for a city like Paris. This is my home, I hope you enjoy the atmosphere I've created. I always have a hard time leaving it! Located in a popular and very central neighborhood. There are all the amenities: grocery stores, post office etc. but also bars and restaurants, the canal and parks (Villette and Buttes Chaumont) not to mention the 104 art center on the corner.
