Our pods sleep 4 people (2 adults, 2 children). We provide all bedding and towels for your stay. We've even gone the extra mile by installing 7ft hydrotherapy hot tubs at each of our pods which allows our guests to fully appreciate the panoramic views of the fells.

With easy transport links to the Lakes, the coast and beyond. The mews is wheelchair accessible with ramps and widened doorways.

Cedar wood lodge with stunning rural views.

Our cedarwood lodge has been designed and built for our family and friends to use when they visit. It is in a rural setting about 4 miles outside the market town of Cockermouth but is actually located in the Lake District National Park with stunning views over the fells, Binsey, Skiddaw, Bassenthwaite Lake and Keswick. The lodge has been designed to make the most of those idyllic views and is a retreat for anyone wanting to relax, unwind and enjoy our “world Heritage” status.

Dating back to 1695 (as engraved on the fireplace in the kitchen), the cottage retains many original features but has been sympathetically modernised. The cottage resides within our farm, Terrace Farm with open countryside and panoramic views of the Lakeland Fells and numerous Wainwrights including Melbreak, Whiteside, Low Fell, Hopegillhead to name but a few.

The Mews is a beautifully converted barn, once part of a larger farm and is now one of a small complex of buildings, surrounded by farmland and overlooking the hills and valleys of the NW Lake District. This location is the most peaceful and picturesque area and is perfect for walking, cycling, running, open water swimming etc.... or for those who like to take things a little easier it is perfect for day trips into the Lakes and toward the lesser known scenic west coast.
