Walking distance from the house (woods, countryside). 10 min from Muzillac, 25 min from Vannes, 40 min from La Baule, 45 min from Nantes.

Upstairs, 3 bedrooms: 9 m2 (160 bed), 8 m2 (140 bed) and 7 m2 with bunk beds, hallway and shower room with toilet. Gas central heating and wood-burning stove.

The 14 m x 6.20 m pool, with salt filtration (without chlorine) is open from 1/05 to 30/09 for tenants and ourselves, no diving. 4.5 km away, the city of LA ROCHE BERNARD, classified as a "Small City of Character" and "Blue Port of Europe", will offer you kayaking, horseback riding, hiking along La Vilaine Small tourist train Market on Thursdays

Cottage next to our house

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.

We run the equestrian center on site.

We remind you that we do not allow gatherings with noise pollution.
