On the ground floor, two rooms measuring 3.1 x 3.8 m and 2.8 x 3.8 m are available to rent, each with its own 2.2 x 2.5 m bathroom. There is a separate entrance to the rooms. The host lives in the rest of the house. Guests rent two bedrooms, a bathroom, a 50 m² saltwater pool, an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, a 30 m² porch with magnificent sea views, a 200 m² garden, and parking.
