Our cozy house has everything you need for a comfortable stay – a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, three separate bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a spacious terrace with dining area. For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

The cottages are close to each other, but each has its own private area: a terrace, a garden, sun loungers, a fire pit and a hot tub. It's a great place for couples, and when you book several cottages, it's also great for friends or families.

Here you will find peace, quiet and rest, which are very much needed these days. The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax here without your own or other people's children. However, we are happy to accept easy-going pets. The minimum rental period is 2 nights. However, during the holiday season, we prefer longer stays. There is an additional fee for using the jacuzzi and sauna. We look forward to welcoming you.

Tilio above Liwac

Tilio is the majestic one who welcomed us in her shadow and initiated the dream of this place. Our little spruce house, although comfortable, does not want to keep you inside. It is nestled just above the peaceful Liwiec in the corner of a vast half-hectare plot. Here you will find peace, inner silence, and slowness. All shades of green, poetic sunsets from behind the trees on the other shore, the soothing current of Liwiec and forest concerts of blackbirds, great snipes, herons and field warblers.

You are welcome to our rental cottage which is located in the Granne countryside area. There is a cottage with two rooms that can accommodate 6 people. Large functional kitchenette (microwave, oven, stovetop, fridge with freezer). The cottage is located on a plot of 5000 meters, the neighborhood is very quiet. Equipped with a sauna and a mint with a hot tub(extra charge), a place for a bonfire, bicycles, a net court, and bicycles. ATTENTION, OUR PLACE IS NOT IMPRESSED. QUIET HOURS ARE 10PM-6AM

Constructed in the 1980s, the cabin had been neglected for years. Now lovingly restored, all rental income goes toward its ongoing renovation.
