Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

New owners are gradually bringing their vision to life in other areas of the property.

Surrounded by the green of olive groves and vineyards, it is an excellent starting point for quiet walks. Farmhouse with masonry mainly in stone. Internally, it is plastered and whitewashed. The kitchen, entrance and bedroom floors are in terrazzo tiles. All furnishings have been renovated. The kitchen is new with a dishwasher. There is a pellet stove and a TV with TivuSat. The washing machine is available in the bathroom. You can request the use of the dryer (not present in the apartment). The heating is self-contained. Utility consumption is included.

Borgometato – Cipressa

There is a place a few steps away from the famous VERSILIA (Tuscany) called BORGOMETATO. Here various structures have been designed by the Architect Stefano Viviani, who has realized In each of them, a very refined style respectful to the place. Il Borgo di Metato is surrounded by olive trees, lots of green spaces and there are some donkeys for the joy of children. La Cipressa is part of this place.

The villa is in a picturesque SECLUDED LOCATION with magnificent views in a large garden, 25 minutes from Pisa Airport, 5 minutes from the Massarosa A 11 exit. The villa is the individual refuge of our family, which we use a lot. We are pleased to make our favorite place available to guests since spring 2019. The villa can comfortably accommodate 10 people, approx. 450 square meters.
