Located in the heart of the village of Champs, next to the centre of Fenestrelle, I offer a historic house renovated in 2024 equipped with everything you need. The house has 3 bedrooms, a main bathroom and a toilet, a balcony and a kitchen with a living area equipped with all accessories, including a washing machine. The entrance is directly on the pedestrian street of the beautiful village, 100 metres from the house there are several free parking spaces.

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

Humble in size but independent and equipped with all the amenities you need, incl. private kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable sofa bed for two. The town Villar Pellice is three kilometres away. The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.

Cross-country ski slopes in Pragelato can be reached in 15 minutes and Sestriere downhill slopes in 20 minutes. Accommodation suitable for couples and families for a period of rest and/or sports in Val Chisone, located on the second floor of a condominium, external staircase.

Spacious loft situated in the ever green San Germano, located between Turin and the Olimpic Valleys. The loft is the top floor of the main house where the landlady lives. The flat, 60 Sq mr. with independent access, includes an open space kitchen, bathroom, double bed, and a spare double sofa bed. Form the house and the village direct access to tracking paths and bike rides.
