We completely renovated it 2 years ago keeping the charm of the old and dressing it in a decoration that invites cocooning and relaxation. Part of a former wine producing farm built over 300 years ago, Le Petit Chaudenas features a beautiful, large swimming pool and is set in over 5 Hectares of private garden and woodlands. Located in the tiny hamlet of Toury in the Mâconnais region with its famous Appellations Villages: Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran, Viré-Clessé, the area is ideal for wine tasting as well as being only 10 mins drive from Cormatin, the community of Taizé and the historical town of Cluny.

Our cottage was partly renovated by us to make it a welcoming and relaxing place. This old barn where my grandfather and then my dad pressed the grapes, from this time there remains the screw of the press which proudly stands in the center of the living room. The charm of the old meets the comfort of modern materials, we hope you will find in this place a haven of peace to recharge your batteries. Our small hamlet is located in the Burgundian countryside. Small apartment (T2) quiet, elegant and air-conditioned, for 2 or 4 people, on the ground floor of the family home. You can enjoy the pool, shared on weekdays, Monday to Friday, (EXCEPT weekends and holidays). 3 minutes from the main village, with all the shops, as well as terminals for electric cars, and 15 minutes from the A6, Mâcon or Tournus. Activities: walks in the woods and vineyards, fishing, Azé and Blanot caves, medieval castles, Cluny stud farm.

Old 18th century stone building, tastefully renovated: large kitchen, cozy living room with fireplace, piano, west terrace to admire the sunsets, the stars (and even the northern lights!). Charming house typical of Burgundy with its Maconnaise gallery and wood burning stove in a quiet village in front of the 12th century Romanesque church and its recently renovated bell tower. The cottage includes two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with two single beds and a crib with bars. The gite is intended for tourist rental. On the other hand, rentals to several tenants for business travel are not accepted.
