Approximately 15 minutes tram ride/bike ride to Saltholmen where you reach the ferries to the southern archipelago. 1 km to the nearest store, several restaurants and walking paths in the area. Approximately 150 meters to the sea. The townhouse has a pool, completely secluded location. Outside the house, there is a large green area with a play structure, swings and a trampoline. This special place is close to everything. There is a private patio in a secluded courtyard in the middle of the lively neighborhood Linné where you have the city's best restaurants just around the corner. The area has a great cultural offer and very good communications with tram junction within 300 meters and 15-minute walk to the city center or Slottskogen. The apartment is newly built and has all the amenities you can expect, such as a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, double bed and sofa bed (both 160 cm).

Nyrenoverad vackert premium boende i 20-tals hus. Området är lummigt men ändå nära puls och restauranger. Lägenheten ligger på första planet i ett gammalt vackert två-familjshus med egen entré. Finns endast ett sovrum med dubbelsäng som går att stänga men finns en sovalkov med en singelsäng (se foto). Går även att ordna tillfällig uppblåsbar madrass, barnsäng alt bädda i soffan som är stor (se foto). Närhet till restauranger, mataffärer, Slottskogen etc. Spårvagnshållplats ca 100 m från huset.

Välkomna till Göteborgs härligaste gata Tredje Långgatan och ett unikt town house med två våningar och egen uteplats. En halvtrappa upp nås en mindre toalett och på övre plan ett sovrum med dubbelsäng (180 cm), spjälsäng för den som har behov av detta, ytterligare ett mindre sovrum med en 90 säng samt ett teverum med soffa. Från övre plan nås även ett sovloft med en bekväm säng (90cm). Vid behov kan soffan på första vången göras om till säng, använd då bäddmadrasserna bredvid soffan.

It's a fresh, light and warm apartment in a cosy neightbornhood, and very close to the city center. There are trams and busses just a few hundred meters away. There is parking spot reserved for you. There is a garden area for you, if the sunny weathers allows for a "Fika" outside. It is possible to borrow our barbeque as well. Centrum - 8 minuts with tram Nightlife- 10 minuts with tram Shopping - 5 minuts with tram Park - 10 minutes walk Foodstore - 2 minuts with tram. Welcome!
