The building has a lift, the apartment is modern, and the area is car-free, quiet, green and peaceful. The lift goes down to the locked garage under the building, where a garage space can be rented. The living room is in an open-plan arrangement with the kitchen, where there is a dishwasher, fridge, microwave and full cooking equipment. The bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower, washing machine and tumble dryer.

Relax in this unique and tranquil accommodation with views that extend across the entire Askimsfjorden all the way out to Tistlarna. Here you can sit and study nature, the archipelago, hear the seagulls' cries with your morning coffee and go down and take a morning swim as the first thing you do. Children can move freely in the area as there is no direct traffic, instead there are nice natural areas around the area. The apartment is located on the top floor and contains a kitchen, living room and bedroom. It has one double bed (160 cm) and a bed sofa (140 cm). Enjoy!
