Mycyny Cottages

We invite you to a comfortable, year-round cottage in Masuria – ideal for families and people looking for peace and quiet and relaxation close to nature. Guests have access to a private jacuzzi by the cottage (included in the price of the stay), a terrace, a barbecue, a playground, a games room (billiards, table tennis, table football) and a sauna. 🎁 Holiday offer until 17 July 2026! Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

Cozy cottage Warmia Mazury

The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Rukławki on Lake Dadaj. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms, one double and one triple. The property is fenced. To the main beach, not even 200 m. The beach is guarded by a lifeguard, has a pier, volleyball court, playground and food stands. In addition, there is a water equipment rental point. There are many cycling trails in the area. The minimum rental period is 3 days.

A charming house (4 adults and 2-3 children) with a unique view in the Górzno-Lidzbark Landscape Park. Overlooking the picturesque village of Fiałki. Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes. A good place for meditation, yoga and Tai Chi in small groups. Attractive walking and cycling routes. The house is suitable for year-round stays, including for people with disabilities. A year-round, atmospheric house on the edge of a forest near the village of Karwica. NO PARTIES – quiet hours at night. Garden with a wood-fired hot tub for 8 people, a barbecue gazebo and a fire pit area. Peace and quiet – perfect for large families or groups of friends. Our house can accommodate up to 10 adults plus small children. We like dogs – and they like a large, fenced-off area. Here, you can: simply relax, go for walks (forest), cycle, and work (Wi-Fi, fibre optic internet). 1,500 m to the lake

Waterfront Paradise - lake, views, veranda (#2)

The former farm has been converted into a home for lovers of peace and nature. Located on a spacious plot with a fairytale view of your 'own' lake from the veranda. Fully equipped with -among others- a fire pit by the lake, a bbq, a lovely fireplace in the livingroom, a spacious kitchen, a good shower, wonderful beds and views to just dream away... The entire (fenced) plot is available to our guests, dogs are welcome. (The farm is split into two houses - possible to book together as one house.)

Cosy 120m house, jukebox, garden, fire place

The place with a unique character, created by our Dutch friend. You can rest there and spend wonderful time by the fire place or in the spacious garden. Go to see 3 lakes nearby. The beach is 3 min. walk, the woods - 10 min. walk Fiberoptic WiFi, Jukebox, board games, retro video games. See nice view from the terrace, rest in big garden. We have fire place there and big BBQ. The wood is free, heating by fire place. You can ride your bike around. Take your pupil but take responsibility for it.

W Stodole jest sala bilardowa z kominkiem. do domu przynależy bardzo duży drewniany taras z jacuzzi (czynnym w sezonie letnim), leżakami, kanapami oraz zewnętrzna jadalnią. Stodoła znajduje się w dużym ogrodzie do wyłącznego użytku gości, z dostępem do stawu z pomostem. W domu jest bezpłatne Wi- Fi. Stodoła jest miejscem przyjaznym alergikom, dlatego zapraszamy do niej bez zwierzaków.

Szczęśliwy Domek is a comfortable, spacious house for rent. It has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, and a living room with a kitchen. Equipped with board games, TV with Netflix and high-speed internet. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and the entire area is carefully developed. On a large plot there is a swimming pool, a volleyball court, a goal for playing ball, darts. Perfect for family trips. Right on the bike path, near the beach.
