We invite you to a comfortable, year-round cottage in Masuria – ideal for families and people looking for peace and quiet and relaxation close to nature. Guests have access to a private jacuzzi by the cottage (included in the price of the stay), a terrace, a barbecue, a playground, a games room (billiards, table tennis, table football) and a sauna. 🎁 Holiday offer until 17 July 2026! Fiałkowe Wzgórza - views, tranquillity and a spa under the open sky

Fiałkowe Wzgórza is a place for real relaxation. A house on a small hill, in the village of Fiałki, among the meadows, forests and lakes of the Górznieńsko-Lidzbarski Landscape Park. Through the large windows and from the terrace, you can see the changing light and, in the evening, the sunsets. You don't need a plan here. You can sit by the fireplace, make a bonfire, go for a walk, ride a bike to the lake, or immerse yourself in a herbal bath in the old cast-iron bathtub. This is a place for people who want to slow down for a few days.

Cozy cottage Warmia Mazury

The cottage is located in the picturesque village of Rukławki on Lake Dadaj. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a fireplace and a bathroom. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms, one double and one triple. The property is fenced. To the main beach, not even 200 m. The beach is guarded by a lifeguard, has a pier, volleyball court, playground and food stands. In addition, there is a water equipment rental point. There are many cycling trails in the area. The minimum rental period is 3 days.

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

Lake House Borowe

Lake House Borowe is a modern house by a lake in Masuria for groups of up to 15 people. A private beach, a large jetty, a jacuzzi with a view of the lake, a sauna, a salt wall and spacious interiors create the perfect place for a family trip or a stay with friends. 6 bedrooms with bathrooms and air conditioning. Lake House

A Kurpie house with a soul, 50 m from Lake Kierwik (silence zone), located in the Puszcza Piska (Natura 2000). The house with regional interior design elements in an eclectic Masurian-Scandinavian style is fully equipped. A large plot with a jetty right next to the house, a Finnish sauna, a terrace overlooking the lake and forest, a two-storey cottage for children and a place for a bonfire with facilities. Kayak, deckchairs and barbecue are available. Perfect for kayaking. 2.5 hours from Warsaw.

Barn House

A 5-bedroom house for 10 people. A living room with a fireplace connected to the kitchen. In the Barn there is a billiard room with a fireplace. The house has a very large wooden terrace with a Jacuzzi (open in the summer season), sun loungers, sofas and an outdoor dining room. The barn is located in a large garden for the exclusive use of guests, with access to a pond with a bridge. There is free Wi-Fi in the house. The barn is an allergy-friendly place, so we invite you to come without pets.

Waterfront Paradise - lake, views, veranda (#2)

The former farm has been converted into a home for lovers of peace and nature. Located on a spacious plot with a fairytale view of your 'own' lake from the veranda. Fully equipped with -among others- a fire pit by the lake, a bbq, a lovely fireplace in the livingroom, a spacious kitchen, a good shower, wonderful beds and views to just dream away... The entire (fenced) plot is available to our guests, dogs are welcome. (The farm is split into two houses - possible to book together as one house.)

Forget your worries with these spacious and peaceful interiors. From the plot, you can take a water bike or paddleboard on a cruise on the longest lake in Poland, Jeziorak. A secluded huge plot for your exclusive use. You can swim in the outdoor pool, barbecue on the terrace, sunbathe on the sun loungers by the lake, play volleyball on your own court, or make a fire and sit at the table by the lake. You can also always relax with a book in the hammocks hanging in the woods

The house is located in a picturesque place between two bodies of water, perfect for people who want peace and relaxation, excluding parties 🙂 This is the only cottage on the plot. Fully fenced area, with a jetty providing access to water (no baths allowed). We offer a 3-person boat. Lake Saxon the Great is about 200 meters away, where bathing is possible. Prices of wood for the stay (in PLN): fire pit: 200 fireplace: 250 jacuzzi +water change: 350

Happy House

Szczęśliwy Domek is a comfortable, spacious house for rent. It has 4 bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, and a living room with a kitchen. Equipped with board games, TV with Netflix and high-speed internet. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and the entire area is carefully developed. On a large plot there is a swimming pool, a volleyball court, a goal for playing ball, darts. Perfect for family trips. Right on the bike path, near the beach.
