You will be central to Matamata township in a recently renovated home with a fully equipped kitchen, accessible bathroom, private outdoor dining and BBQ area. Park Cottage is within walking distance to the town centre, restaurants, cafe's and iSite. It is closely situated to the Te Aroha Rail Trail and a short drive to Hobbiton.

This properties entrance is on the Hauraki Cycle Trail, only 2.5 km from town. The cottage is surrounded by farm land. You will have exclusive use of this 3 bedroom country home which easily accommodates 7 people. An 11 minute drive to the sensational Wairere Falls bush walk . 17 minutes to Hobbiton Movie set . Has foam mattresses for groups up to 11 as well as a portacot. Please be aware of electric fences on driveway( but not near house surroundings )

Boat ramp and swimming 200 m away at the end of the street, and the rowing course and cafe are 5 minutes walk just the other side of the Karapiro dam. 2 canoes, paddles and lifejackets, sunny outdoor decks, BBQ and fantastic views make this a special place to relax. Also a concept 2 rowing machine, and 2 bicycles.
