Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.

The apartment is accessible via an external staircase. There are up to 3 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room, 1 bathroom and 1 separate Toilet. Parking is right in front of the house Towels, linens and a hairdryer are provided. In the house is a small shop with Greek products.

Our family-friendly holiday apartment is located in a quiet residential area, yet right in the center. The natural swimming spot at Lake Obertrum, the public beach at Lake Mattsee, and the village center are all just a few minutes’ walk away. But you don’t even have to go far to enjoy nature: relax in our garden, have breakfast on your private terrace with a glimpse of lake view, and smile at our mini pigs and chickens.

Apartment in a 19th century house, for 1- 4 in the old center beneath the castle/ monastry (sound of music), very calm, clean and cosy, ten minutes walk to the Mozartplatz, 15 minutes by bus from the trainstation. For our guests with toddlers/small children we are very happy to offer a Thule Sport 2 carriage for lend (10 euros/day). This way you can explore Salzburg by foot also with small children!

Our very quiet attic apartment in a detached house, with a double bed, sofa corner and kitchen, offers a relaxing night's sleep in a quiet rural area. The swimming lake with free entry is a 10-minute walk away. Geinberg Thermal Region, Bad Füssing Ideal for walks along the Inn (5 minutes on foot) or bike rides! Tourist tax €2.40 per person per night.
