Situated in the heart of Santa Barbara, it used to be the Central Point of the village. Called "Osteria Ex Maria", it was the local Tavern run by our Family for decades since the early '900s. It took almost a decade of extensive and elaborate restoration process to have it back to be enjoyed as a peaceful and enjoyable location. Our house is located in an original village in the immediate vicinity of the Cattinara hospital, 5 minutes from the university and 10 minutes from downtown (area provided by bus no. 35). There is a nice bike path nearby. The nearby highway takes you to the Chestinian karst plateau and into Slovenia. Our cottage has been recently refurbished to host and welcome you. It's family-friendly.
