The air-conditioned accommodation is 22 km from La Grande-Motte. The first floor is occupied by a year-round tenant. He is very discreet and has no view of the proposed accommodation. No equipment is shared (neither the swimming pool, nor the exteriors, nor the parking spaces) and accesses are independent.
