Excellent apartment, it has everything nesario for a comfortable stay. Xiomelis was precessisa in communication, everything is well indicated.

The apartment is in a new building well equipped, clean, organized and has all the utensils to be able to cook. It's quite bright, quiet and temperate. Even though it was cold outside and was raining, the night in the apartment was warm because it has a thermo panel. It's a good neighborhood. Located on main avenue, but within a private enclosure. It has parking and concierge on access to this one. I chose it by being steps away from the University (you just had to look for the traffic light and cross). It takes 6 minutes. I would definitely pick it again if I have to go back to Talca. Communication with the host was always very friendly.

Very grateful from Pavel and Doris, excellent apartment with everything you need and more, as it even had things to serve a tecito, hairdryer and clothes iron. Everything is very clean, tidy and the beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend the home as it even includes parking. You won't regret choosing this airbnb! Thank you both

Very good place, quiet, everything clean and new, the space is comfortable and independent, close to everything in the center. Sergio is very kind and ready for whatever is needed. It has a space where it leaves toiletries to clean and replenish.

Very nice place, very quiet, special for resting. You can practice water sports such as SUP and also swim in the lake. The apartment is well-equipped, clean and tidy.
