Το Meteora Shelter I βρίσκεται κάτω ακριβώς από το μοναστήρι της Αγίας Τριάδας και μπροστά από τον τεράστιο βράχο του Άλσου, με εκπληκτική θέα. Ο χώρος βρισκεται στον πιο κεντρικό δρόμο της πόλης, στην Ασκληπιου και 300 μέτρα από την κεντρική πλατεία.
