Lovely house a few minutes walk down to the beautiful beach of Mawgan Porth, and the South West Coast path. The first floor has an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with a large sunny balcony overlooking the bay and beautiful headland, one bedroom (en suite) and separate toilet. On the ground floor are a further 2 bedrooms (one en suite), shower room, bathroom and utility room. Mawgan Porth has surf hire and instruction, Cornish Fresh village store, restaurant, fish and chips, pub, pitch and putt.

The coastal house features a modern architectural design with a mix of natural stone and white cladding. A spacious balcony is visible on the upper level, providing outdoor seating options. Lush green lawn surrounds the entrance, enhancing the inviting exterior.

Would suit small family, couple or a small group of friends for a surf/walking trip. Upstairs has an open-plan living and kitchen area with balcony. Ground level has a lovely decking area with dining table, an outdoor shower (cold water), a fridge for chilled outdoor drinks and a hammock for guest use. Perfect for surfing and beach activities. The house sleeps 6 people in total - 1 king size bedroom, 1 zip and link/super king, and 1 with two single beds. Fully fenced safe garden. Multi-room SKY TV, Alexa, Sonos. Beach is 3 minutes walk.
