Rural Retreat outside Mawgan Porth

Little Forge is a one bedroom stone annexe attached to our home. It's in a peaceful rural location. There is a courtyard garden, gated parking (shared with us), king size bed, roll top bath, shower and fully equipped kitchen. It’s a 10 min drive to gorgeous Mawgan Porth beach, pub and shops, 15 min drive to Padstow. Please note you will need a car: shops, beaches, etc are not within walking distance. The property is not step free externally or internally. We are happy to accept one dog.

A modern semi-detached house features a clean exterior with a combination of white walls and stone accents. A balcony overlooks the front, surrounded by glass railing. The driveway provides parking space, and a wooden fence enhances the property’s outdoor appeal. Nearby greenery is visible.

It is light and airy, decorated in bright colours. Furnishings and appliances are luxury brands, new beds, new sofas, new chairs. The house sleeps 6 people in total - 1 king size bedroom, 1 zip and link/super king, and 1 with two single beds. Fully fenced safe garden. Multi-room SKY TV, Alexa, Sonos. Beach is 3 minutes walk.

Beach house situated behind the dunes of Mawgan Porth. One bedroom with a king-size bed and a large day bed in the entrance room. Would suit small family, couple or a small group of friends for a surf/walking trip. Upstairs has an open-plan living and kitchen area with balcony. Ground level has a lovely decking area with dining table, an outdoor shower (cold water), a fridge for chilled outdoor drinks and a hammock for guest use. Perfect for surfing and beach activities.
