Subway station and tram stop are in the immediate vicinity (main station 2min, airport 12min). The square of the famous Christkindlesmarkt can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, the local recreation area Wöhrder See in about 15 minutes. Despite the central location, the apartment is quiet and offers a fantastic view of the castle.

The 45 m² single-decker apartment is located in the shunting yard settlement Bauernfeind, in the attic of our house. The metro can be reached on foot in 10 minutes and a stop from the fair (20 minutes on foot). The Playmobil FUN Park can be reached in 20 minutes by car. There is room for max. 5 people. There are two bedrooms, 1 x double bed and 2 x single beds. In the open living area there is a small kitchen with dining table and 1 x sofa bed.
