Located 200 meters from the banks of the Sarthe, 35 minutes from the Zoo de la Flèche, 45 minutes from Le Mans and Angers, you will be ideally placed to make the most of your stay in the Sarthe Valley.

The kitchen and bathroom are housed in the original woodstore and pig sty and the bedroom is converted in the hayloft. The house is 2 km’s from the historic town of Lassay-les-Châteaux with its fortified medieval chateau., winding streets and gardens.
