Ballina Town Centre - 'Cornerways' A Lovely House.

Our town centre location ensures shops, bars, cafés & restaurants are a few steps away. Street parking (€2 for 24hrs) & a disabled space is outside the door. For fishermen, the river Moy & Ridge Pool are 2 minutes walk. The property is very secure & of a high standard with 2 double beds in 1 room on the upper floor. A newly built, contemporary design, 2 bedroom house in Westport town. It's interior has been finished to an exceptional standard and is very comfortable and stylish. Custom designed fitted kitchen/dining-room with corian worktop & glass sliding doors leading out to its own courtyard. Two generous bedrooms (one with a king sized bed the other with two double beds) both with smart tv's. The properties heating system is Air to Water, with underfloor heating downstairs and radiators upstairs.

This is an exceptional property. Florence's House is a period house that has been wonderfully restored to its former glory with original sash windows with shutters and ceiling coving. The entire south facing rear of the living /kitchen area is glass (a la Room to Improve) and looks out onto a very stunning stone clad rear yard. One of the former bedrooms upstairs has been turned into a large bathroom with separate shower unit. The attic has been converted to replace the 2nd bedroom.
