Stylish charm with lofted sleeping space up a ships ladder, boasts a new Queen Nectar Mattress. Up the ladder sleeping loft is only for the fit and adventurous. Must be comfortable on your knees because it’s a low headroom situation. There is a main level futon sofa sleeper too if need be. Lovely park like setting with outside firepit and charcoal Weber mini grill. Kitchenette is pretty well outfitted. Tiny Cottage has plenty of charm and comforts. Groovy wooden beads across bathroom door.

For guests needing additional space, an additional reservation can be made at "Unwind" directly under "Stay Awhile". This room as a queen bed, bathroom and a W/D.

Minnesota creek runs through the farm; we are right on the edge of town, adjacent to Juniper & Sage hills with views of beautiful snow-capped mountains . And ... we have decent fiber internet for Zooming!

This very charming two-bedroom, two-bath Guest house is located on one of the most scenic by-ways in the State of Colorado and is quaint from head to toe! The Hummingbirds are incredible. They migrate here from South America to breed in the summer. The wildlife is abundant. There are deer, elk, foxes, etc. The views are amazing and all the other gifts shared with us by Mother Nature are breathtaking. This property was used as a very successful Bed and Breakfast from 1994 to 2003.

With Gold Medal Waters right in our own backyard, our beautiful home is perfect for fly fishing, rafting, paddleboarding or just relaxing. Like to bike ride? So do we.
