When booking our home you will get a conveniently located simple place to unwind. This home is a 3 bedroom 1 bath house located 12 minutes to Lee University, 40 minutes to the Ocoee White Water center, 35 minutes to downtown Chattanooga, 1 hour to Blue Ridge, GA. There is an air conditioned sunroom with a TV and a back deck as well as a fire pit for outdoor entertainment. You will find an open concept and spacious home with a fully fenced in back yard as well as waters and snacks upon arrival.

The interior boasts a light & airy feel with warm Scandinavian & Mid Century modern styles. Mountain View’s, Back Yard & Woods for exploring. You may even spot our resident fox! The Fox’s Den is just outside of Chattanooga and within miles to the Harrison Bay State Park boat dock and Island Cove Marina into the Chickamauga Lake.
