We are minutes from Walmart, Convenience Stores, University of Pitt @ Bradford, Rock City Park, The National Forest.

Fresh spring water is water our cabin runs on! it's clean, crisp and refreshing! Our cabin is available to anyone over the age of 21 and 4 guests maximum.

Close to Kinzua Bridge, miles of bike trails (immediate access), ATV trails, boating (Allegheny Reservoir, East Branch Dam), hiking (Jakes Rocks, North Country Trail), swimming (Twin Lakes, Bendigo, Kiasutha), Amazing local breweries, wineries and restaurants. Great hunting and fishing! Small, non-shedding dogs can come too!

Usonian Apartment at Lynn Hall

This 1940s residence, designed and built by Raymond Viner Hall, showcases his signature elements: sandstone floors, mahogany built-ins, Walter's stonework, and a unique fireplace. Notable features include glass block and subtle rounded corners on the walls. Our rehabilitation updated HVAC, kitchen, and bathroom while preserving the original character. We've furnished it with pieces similar to those Hall would have specified for clients, maintaining the home's authenticity and charm.

Lazy Bear Camp is the perfect home away from home, a relaxing retreat to get away and unwind. We are a prime location near the Allegheny National forest. With endless outdoor activities to enjoy, 10 min away from the Kinzua Reservoir, Wolf Run Marina & Rim Rock Overlook. 15min from the Kinzua Bridge state park & the 2023 PA trail of the year - Mount Jewett to Kinzua Bridge rails to trails- which provides level trails for walking and biking. Numerous ATV & hiking trails close by.

Sit and relax while looking at the pond, or go walk through the woods by the creek. Great place to bicycle down the back roads. Restaurants within 10 miles in both Port Allegany or Smethport. Grocery stores are also in both towns. Plenty of area to hike or bike, both on the property or nearby. Scenic RT 6 is the nearest intersection.
