Holiday rentals with a fire pit in McKean County

I had a truly wonderful time here and cannot say enough good things about it. The house is utterly charming and was so cozy, especially on these cold, snowy days. I came home to a warm, home cooked meal every day and they made me feel like a member of the family. They truly made my visit to Port Allegany a special one, and I feel so greatful to meet these wonderful people.

Nice place to stay. Beautiful view of rolling hills out living room window.. Home was clean and comfortable. Debbie was very responsive. Would stay there again.

2nd stay and it was great! Enjoyed being close to our family and able to host Thanksgiving.

Brenda's place was just perfect for my overnight stop. it was very beautifully decorated and well furnished. The bed was amazingly comfortable. It's a great place to stay.

Where do I start? The place is absolutely gorgeous. Spacious doesn’t even describe it. So much room and a very reasonable price. Kitchen, living room, and dining room are huge. The kitchen is laid out so nicely for a large group to hang around and talk. Beds are large and very comfortable. Sleeping was so easy and quiet in the country atmosphere. Bathrooms are absolutely stunning with keeping in the retro style. Basement rec room was perfect for a group get-together to play a game of pool or watch TV. The location is easy to find and offers a beautiful picturesque view of the area. Outdoor area is very inviting and quiet. Downtown area is a short drive away with some very nice restaurants. Definitely would come back to the area again and definitely would stay at this retro oasis!

We had a wonderful stay at Brenda’s place! The property was gorgeous and allowed for our family to enjoy the outdoors together. Brenda was a great host! She was very responsive, kind and helpful!

Jeff’s place was perfect for the opening weekend of rifle season. Minutes from the Allegheny National Forest. Close to the main st of Kane and all the really good restaurants. The house was clean and easy to access. Had everything we needed to prepare breakfast and our lunches for in the woods. It was a good place to come back to after an all day hunt to watch some football and have a few drinks. Jeff was very responsive and reached out to offer recommendations. We will definitely try to be back

Jeff’s place is absolutely great. The house is comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing weekend away. The hot tub and sauna are awesome, the beds are comfortable, the bathrooms were accommodating. Everything seems new and fresh. The best part of this place is the location - steps away from a fun restaurant and steps away from the beautiful Kinzua trail. If you choose to stay here, you really won’t need to go anywhere else once you check in!

Connor was a great host! Clear instructions, very helpful. The place had awesome decor!!! The spring water from outback was the most delicious and refreshing water!! The area was peaceful and secluded and I loved the spring/creek on the property!!!

Absolutely loved staying at Bucktail Bend! The property is beautiful and the cabin is so cozy and clean. It is a work in progress but has everything you could possibly need and feels so homey. Connor was super responsive and helpful, he made getting there and getting comfortable so easy. If you're looking to "check out" and just enjoy the quiet, I highly recommend. The forest and the sound of the spring are absolutely awesome. If you're planning a visit in the winter, I'd bring slippers, as the floors are very cold. But that just made it easier to cuddle up on the couch and watch the snow slowly falling outside. Will definitely stay here again!

We felt so fortunate to find this spot! It worked out so well for us. The Airbnb is even more spacious in person. Everything is well maintained & very clean & many things to make your stay comfortable. Maria and Sergei were great hosts. Very responsive & very much made us feel welcome & taken care of! Definitely plan on coming back!

This cabin was loaded to the brim with anything you could possibly need! It provided a perfect family get away to wind down and have a good time. Close by some great hikes and beautiful scenery. Thank you for sharing this place Mark!

quiet little get away, quick to respond for a last minute getaway

We stayed here last year at the same time in March. We like the hiking opportunities in the area. awe were also fortunate to get another warm weekend in mid March (same as last year) and managed to get out on a nice trail again this year. Becki is very responsive has prepared a wonderful home for a quiet weekend or a longer stay. We are very likely to continue to return here on a regular basis.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay at Lost Woods Cabin. It was very clean, comfortable and cozy with unique and beautiful decor and furnishings. We thank Barry and Diane for their hospitality and for sharing their lovely Lost Woods Cabin with our family. It truly exceeded our expectations!
