Comfortable Apartment in North/Central Omaha

Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

Spacious, charming and very comfortable. 15 miles to west Omaha, 25 min to Henry Doorly Zoo & 45 min to Lincoln & Husker Football. Three bedroom, three bath, 1 1/2 car garage offers a nice floor plan with lots of room for family time. Parks, churches, bar within walking distance. Dollar General located close by. We have a unique older home in a nice neighborhood. This home has 2 bedrooms with king sized beds, a sofabed, queen air mattress and a pak-n-play. A wood burning fireplace gives the home a cozy warmth during the winter months. Outdoor fire pit as well as a gas barbecue are available for use in the large, fenced back yard.
