Feel the warm heat in the cabin, when you fire up in the oven. The experience of simple life allows for reflection and tranquility, close to nature. On the terrace you can enjoy a coffee cup and a good book in a hanging network built into the terrace. Close your eyes as you hover in the hanging net and enjoy the view of the 5 km long Byavatnet and Trondheimsfjorden.

Here you live centrally, but peaceful. Immediate proximity to Selbusjøen where in winter time you can skate or go skiing. There are many hiking possibilities in Selbu and both Skarven and Roltdalen, as well as Rensfjellet, a short drive away. At Selbuskogen ski center you will find ski slopes with high quality. Shop and petrol station 2 km away. A total of 3 computer screens are available that can be connected to PlayStation if you wish. Baby stroller (Simo) can be found in the stall, but Voksipose e.l must be brought.

The utility growth house at Berge Gård in Selbu

Accommodation on a genuine Tråne farm with production of milk, grain, skincare, farm food and utility plants. Here we have chickens in tune and cats in the oven. Lush and lively environment both inside and outside in many ways. The utility greenhouse at Berge Gård is used for meeting rooms and courses when we do not have accommodations. Large "living room" with double sofa bed and 2 single beds. One bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 cot. Free eggs and milk in the fridge during the stay after availability/season if desired

And you can explore Trondheim which is within reach (50min). The cabin has 4 bedrooms (1 in the annex), a cozy living room, winter garden, modern kitchen, 2 bathrooms. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended.

Du kan sove under stjernene, nyte panoramautsikten utover Trondheimsfjorden, få med deg en magisk solnedgang eller se det fantastiske nordlyset hvis du er heldig. Kuppelen er hele 23 kvadratmeter med vindu i taket og i fronten og den er plassert på en terrasse i to nivåer med sittegruppe og bålpanne. Det er mange flotte turmuligheter i omegn, hva med en tur til toppen av "Forbordsfjellet"?

Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.

You will have access to your own outdoor terrace that is sheltered from the rest of the courtyard. Outside there is also a barbecue area that can be used freely.
