Ft private cabin was built in 2023 and is nestled in the woods overlooking the river. Just minutes from the trendy small town of Belmont, w/ popular restaurants, pubs and boutiques. 5 min to Daniel Stowe Botanical Gardens, 15 min to the National Whitewater Center, 30 min to uptown Charlotte. At 400 square feet, it’s a bigger tiny home located in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood, close to all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The Kube was featured on the 2017 Plaza Midwood Home Tour! The space has high ceilings and exposed beams, making it both spacious and cozy. It’s LGBTQIA, family, and pet-friendly. You will have your own private walkway, front patio area, and large backyard.
