Water, water, water, lots of greenery, great large terraces and walkways. The former fisherman's house is located on the outskirts of Flecken Zechlin, surrounded by large forests and countless lakes. The bright character of the house and the wild romantic garden invite you to (quiet) activities of all kinds. The water property with about 50 meters of waterfront is located on the small Zechiner See, the southern part of the Mecklenburg Lake District and is connected to the main waterway Baltic Sea - Berlin.

Minimalist site cabin, near the lake, wood-burning stove, open-plan

The construction trailer is in the back of our residential property, free access to the meadow. Heating is available via the wood-burning stove or an electric heater. There is lots of peace and nature. A 5-minute walk to the lake. Outdoor kitchen with electricity/water on the property, toilet and laundry facilities as well. A table tennis table is available. Right in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District and alone on the lake Here in this sparsely populated lake landscape created by the Ice Age with its moors and extensive forests, you will experience nature in its most beautiful form. Far away from all the hustle and bustle. Start right at the house with the in-house kayak or with the battery boat in the solitude of your surroundings. Fish for your dinner behind the house. Jump into the water immediately after the sauna, how and when you want.

In an exclusive location directly on the Röddelinsee with your own lake access, you can spend a relaxing holiday here. Only 6 km from Templin and approx. 80 km from Berlin, the Seehaus Rödd is located on an 8,000 square meter forest property. The house was completely renovated and refurbished in 2018. A large terrace with a view of the lake invites you to linger. Leisurely walks, hikes, bike tours and sometimes a dip in the refreshing lake guarantee individual relaxation.

Self-sufficient shepherd's wagon with fireplace can be used all year round

A cozy self-sufficient construction trailer with solar, fireplace and dry separation toilet on its own meadow with 6 sheep and views of the vastness of Mecklenburg. The sheep do not have to be in your area. On request, they can also be moved to the back meadow. In the meadow is a separate fireplace, seating and outdoor shower. In cold weather, you can shower in our house. For wellness, we have a sauna & hot tub in our garden area. The kitchen is fully equipped.
