Front deck offers plenty of sunbathing and a gas grill, and a quick step down, an area ready for any yard game. 10 min from St Ives Golf Course. Lake access across Round Lake Dr w/ a space to launch the kayaks. This private get away is ready for complete relaxation!

Cheerful 3-bedroom, 2 full-bath cottage with DNR launch lake access on Chippewa Lake.

This cozy cottage is close to snowmobiling, hunting, trails, mountain biking, state land and nature. The home is great for couples and families with kids. Enjoy the in-the-woods setting with a view of beloved Chippewa Lake, which is within walking distance. Access Chippewa Lake through the DNR launch, which is a turn off of our private road and within walking distance to our cottage. Take the whole family swimming at the public swimming area with sandy swim area, picnic tables, and bathroom!
