Welcome to paradise of the sun where the weather is sunny and cool x its forest q watering in the afternoon clean air and its sound of the creek q passes near the condominium and is cooked while sleeping giving a SPA to the soul and spirit helped with its four pools,turkish ,sauna, synthetic court, children's games 3 minutes from the park and a20min from Santa de Antioquia 2 minutes success apt without isolated record of the noise of pool area suitable for rest q you deserve!! welcome!!

Tranquility and comfort near the subway and Poblado

You will be a 4 minute walk from the metro station, which will take you in 6 minutes to the village, in 14 minutes to the center of Medellin. You will be a 3-minute walk from the VIVA shopping center, with banks, restaurants, shops, gym and movie theaters. If you want to go to the Lleras Park area for a beer or party, you can catch a bus or Uber and you'll be there in 12 minutes. You can reach in 15 minutes a nature reserve to walk between mountains and a stream of crystal clear water.

Comfortable private room in apartment

Comfortable and cozy place in a set of apartments very close to the Madera metro station. Wonderful view, bright spaces with all amenities. We have a private room in a shared apartment. It has a separate bathroom, access to living room, dining room and kitchen. You can enter the pool, Turkish, sauna and gym. Great location. You get to the subway in 5 minutes. There are restaurants, supermarkets, parks, ATMs, drugstores and shopping areas in general nearby.
