Our apartment has been recently renovated in harmony with the historical character of the building. All furniture and decorative elements have been carefully selected, creating a refined and comfortable living space. The apartment is 80 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, and 1 bathroom. Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds. Air conditioning and projection devices are available in every room, ensuring comfort and an enhanced viewing experience throughout the apartment. A unique highlight of the apartment is an approximately 80-year-old piano, which adds a distinctive and authentic atmosphere to the space. The kitchen is fully equipped and thoughtfully designed to meet all your daily needs. The apartment’s boiler system, internet infrastructure, and local utility lines are modern and operate smoothly. There are two separate Wi-Fi connections in the apartment, and the access details can be found via Airbnb. In the living room, there is a projection system with Dolby sound, allowing you to mirror your phone or connect via Wi-Fi to enjoy any application of your choice. The projector can be easily operated using its remote control. Both Bedroom 1 and Bedroom 2 are also equipped with projection systems. The projection screens can be adjusted to your preferred size using the chains located next to them. The living room features an electronic fireplace, controllable by remote. It offers 8 different color modes, sound effects, music playback, and phone connectivity. The apartment is equipped with three air-conditioning units, providing both heating and cooling. Each unit’s remote control is available in the room where it is located. Additionally, the apartment includes one washing machine and one dryer, both easy to operate via their digital control panels.

Kitchen: Hob, oven, dishwasher/filter coffee machine/toaster, basic utensils. Green rear balcony. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The capacity can be increased to 6 people upon request for an airbed.

There is air conditioning in 2 rooms and the living room. Our furniture and bedding are all brand new. If you stay in this centrally located place, you will be close to everything as a family. If you wish, you can get breakfast and meals from the menu at the cafe under the building.

Because the house is next to the metro and you only need to travel 1 stop to go to touristic places by metro. It only takes 5 minutes. Also, if you want to travel by ship, the pier and the metro are next to each other.
