We worked remotely all day without any noise or wifi worries. Petit +: Take some olives to the market, a coke, and go enjoy a homemade aperitif on the roof at sunset! A must;) And take advantage of the swimming pool during the hot hours!!

We had a wonderful stay! It was such a beautiful riad and well located - less than a 10 minute walk from Blue Gate to get out of the medina. The room itself was very comfortable and spacious with beautiful decor. What made this exceptional was the wonderful hospitality. The hosts were very respectful, helpful and patient. When we needed to leave early one morning, they even packed us breakfast to go. They were also super responsive, usually within five minutes of me messaging when I had a question. Would recommend everyone stay here when they visit Fes!

I am delighted by Khaled's welcome, kindness, responsiveness, and hospitality. He was able to put me at ease directly, so that I could fully enjoy my stay in Beni Mellal. Communication is fluid, the apartment clean and well decorated, I recommend to all travelers looking for tranquility. Khaled feasted me with his excellent cuckoo and breakfast. I recommend!!!

the apartment is surprisingly large. it has two bedrooms with airconditioners, one large room with kitchen and long sofa, pretty the same as the owner's photos. it's perfect for a group of friends or families. One room has the toilet and the shared bathroom has a squat. chose one as you prefer. There are enough blankets to keep you warm in the winter. Our host, Said, is really kind and asked to provide more if needed. We also got some new cooking tools from him. You can walk to the dunes in 10min and about half an hour to the largest one. It is also close to the street where you can find local foods and stores of fruits, vegetables, etc. Our host Moha showed us the local agriculture and irrigation system, and we tasted the amazing local desert made of wheats and the fruit of palm trees. The most amzaing activities are driving the ATVs for sunset, sand ski and taking the jeep tours through the dunes. You can ask the host for more activities. they are really nice.

Hassan is very nice and the apartment as described. Only the bathroom is a bit outdated, but the apartment is being renovated right now. We were satisfied for our stay for just one night.
