Nguyen Thi Ngoc is an amazing host. Cant say enough to thank her for all the recommendations and help received. She looked for places for me and tried to make my stay the most enjoyable and pleasant. She’s beyond generous and friendly. The apartment is also amazing, everything super new and the view is breathtaking. The neighborhood is super nice and relaxing, it was like a sci fi movie, with all these high buildings around. For me was perfect to escape the noises and frenetic rhythms of Hanoi. Additionally, it’s super close to the center of Hanoi, less than a half an hour by car, and it really worth it. And she would also help you renting a motorbike for 150k/day to also very nice people. Dont miss the onset nearby, also a super experience. 200% recommend!

True to whats in the picture. The 2 huge TV was a hit. I love the place. close to restaurants and short walk to the metro Train. it's my 2nd time and will definitely come back. Thanks Minh for being a great host

Superb place to stay if you are in a big group. The hosts are AMAZING. Very helpful and extremely responsive. I've never met a host who respond so quickly. The place is very clean and has everything. All rooms are like mini apartments. 2 rooms have one king bed and 3 rooms have 2 double beds. So great for families. We all loved our stay. Whenever we used to go for our day trips they'd clean up the place. They would even fold our clothes lying around. Note: first floor has 1 room. 2nd floor has 2 rooms. 3rd floor has 2 rooms. 4th floor has game room and outdoor bar area with laundry machines. So be mindful that there are a lot of stairs. Moving luggage became a little difficult. Besides that everything was perfect.

Our stay here was amazing! The location is perfect, it is so close to everything in the Old Quarter, but on a quiet street so there was very little noise. The house was very comfortable and everything felt newly renovated & clean. And the host was so friendly and helpful! They offered many local recommendations and even helped us book our car to the airport. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Very great place to stay and it’s very comfortable and there’s plenty of grocery store nearby (7-11) I did in that the place is very clean and it’s very comfortable for us to stay the house is big and the owner give us very clear instruction to enter the door recommended you guys to stay in this homestay and if I comes to Bangkok agian, I will choose this homestay agian!

Jenny’s place is extremely spacious. Lots of bathrooms, plenty of space, smoking area, private parking. It’s also a heaven for stair lovers😉. Jenny has been of great help - replying instantly and yummy breakfasts that were delivered to us each morning made us feel very welcomed. Thank you Jenny. Wishing you all the best.

Trung has created such a tasteful and cozy space! While the area can get a bit loud during the day, it's to be expected given its central location, and Trung thoughtfully provided earplugs for us. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and even allowed us a late checkout when we were running behind on our departure day.

Tien Zoe was such a sweet host and her place was perfect for us. Super stylish, cute tucked away location and perfect for our stay, as we needed to fly out early to the airport the following day. We wished we could have stayed longer! Tien Zoe gave us the best local food places and was just a lovely host. Thank you for having us!

We spent two weeks at Jay's apartment and it was very comfortable and in a good location. We had to do a little cleaning in the kitchen before using it, but otherwise the apartment was clean and had what we needed. The location was great because it was close to a major road and a mall, but set back enough to be quiet. There are a lot of good restaurants within walking distance.

非常に素晴らしい施設です。ホーチミンに滞在するのであればここが最適でしょう。 滞在先のフロアからショッピングモールは専用のエレベーターで直結です。1階またはB3階に行くことができます。１階のエレベーター乗り場からはすぐにLê Thánh Tôn通りに出ることができます。Grabやタクシーもここから乗り降りすることができます。B3階のエレベーターはスーパーマーケットのすぐ近くです。 部屋については、なんといっても夜景が素敵すぎます。サイゴン川方面の夜景です。Saigon Skydeckよりも絶景が楽しめます。窓からもテラスからも最高の景色を楽しむことができます。 部屋の電気のつけ方や消し方がわからないこと、蟻がいたこと、水回りが詰まっていた事や施設の老朽化が所々ありますが、それを補うだけのプラスポイントが多いです。 ベットはキング１つとクイーン２つでしたが、1つのクイーンのマットレスは硬かった。 シャワーとトイレは2箇所あります。バスタブは1箇所です。 上層階なので暑いかなと思いましたが、エアコンの効きはよく、快適に滞在できました。 ホテルと違って朝食はありませんが、ホーチミンの街は朝が早いです。すぐ近くにホテルよりも素晴らしい朝食を提供するレストランが数多く見つかります。また、コンビニのサークルKも近くにあります。 はじめに戻りますが、他の高級ホテルやレジデンスも検討していましたが、立地、価格、サービスどれをとっても、ここに決めて本当に良かったと思います。 また、ホーチミンに滞在することがあればぜひ宿泊したい！

The apartment was so beautiful and looks like the picture, it is located in a very modern and pristine neighbourhood with beautiful surroundings. Hosts were so lovely and helpful too 😀

คอนโดของคุณ Lalida มีความอบอุ่น เหมือนบ้าน อยู่แล้วมีความสุขมากค่ะ สะอาด มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสบายทุกอย่าง ทีวี 2 เครื่อง ซึ่งทำให้ฉันกับแฟนมีพื้นที่ส่วนตัวเป็นของกันและกัน เหมาะสำหรับครอบครัว คู่รัก ที่ต้องการคอนโดที่มีพื้นที่ขนาดใหญ่ การเดินทางก็สะดวก อยู่ไม่ไกลจากรถไฟฟ้าและห้างเดอะมอลล์บางกะปิ แล้วจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

We had such a good stay at this apartment. The place was pristine and it had all the amenities needed. Plus point that there were many international sockets for charging. Peaceful at night for a good night's sleep, along with comfy beds and Pillows. Location was centralised to get to many other places.

Wir verbrachten 3 Tage in der Wohnung von Jack, die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Jack gab uns klare Anweisungen wie Check in und Check out ablaufen und noch weitere Hinweise zur Anlage. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber wer wirklich nur die Stadt sehen möchte, dem reicht dies völlig aus.

Un séjour parfait dans un immeuble très bien équipé et un appartement impeccable, la vue est un grand plus, la communication avec l’hôte également !
