Built in wood with extensive reuse of material. In Jårheim close by is fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with toilet. You can enjoy the view on hills, reading books from the second flor library.

Our traditional cottage with gras roof has all modern facilities with kitchen and bathroom in the new basement. Scenic views of river valley. Located on a farm with lots of animals: sheep, horses, cats, hens, rabbits and a peacock. Great hiking and fishing! The cottage is in three stories; bedrooms on the top floor and bathroom/kitchen in the basement, with stairs in between. Not suitable for everyone, but for those who dont mind stairs the cottage offers a cozy and charming atmosphere!

Vi har i tillegg tre madrasser som også kan legges utover for å kunne ta i mot maksimalt 9 personer pluss to små barn. Huset er en kort bil- eller togtur unna Trondheim og den berømte lakseelva Gaula ligger like ved. Det er plass til å parkere flere biler, samt montert el-billader i garasje.

The small farm is located right by the river Gaula and is therefore perfect for those who like salmon fishing. Here you have good opportunities to be outside as the outdoor area is large. There is also a lot of outdoor furniture in the barn that will be available for you as a tenant. Three cabins are also located on the farm, they can also be rented if you are many.
