Konstadtunet – lakeside cottage on Ånøya

This is a cottage complex comprising a newly renovated, winter-insulated cottage sleeping 5, a 'sleeping cottage' sleeping 5, and a main cottage with a large dining area, kitchen and living room. All the cottages in the complex are rented as a package. Hyttetunet is part of the Konstad Nordre/Konstadtunet farm and is located right by the Ånøya waterway, close to the E6 Melhus (12 km) and Trondheim (30 km). Hire a rowing boat on Ånøya and enjoy the opportunities for fishing and swimming in the summer, and for ice fishing, ice skating or long-distance skating in the winter.

Secluded and peaceful cabin with a central location (about 30 minutes from Trondheim city center). Nice outdoor area with proximity to hiking terrain. 10 minutes of quiet walking takes you up to more fishing/bathing water. The cabin is from 1937, the standard reflects this, but it is part of the charm. Connected to electricity, no running water, must bring your own. Road all the way to the cabin door, about 400 meters of road that is not plowed in winter Beds: 1 double bed and a bunk bed in the bedroom. 1 inflatable double bed. 1 camp bed

Cabin in the mountains for rent

Cross-country skiing? Ski touring? Relaxation? Our beloved cabin is available to rent. Modernisation is underway, so the photos will be updated as each one is completed. 3 double beds inside the main cabin. 1 double bed and a family bunk bed in the annex. Car road almost all the way to the property; a good 150-metre path in summer. 5 km by ski/snowmobile in winter. Transport can be arranged if required. Installed electricity, water solution with pump for shower, dishwasher, etc. 3 fridges, 1 small freezer compartment.

Megardshytta / Bråhytta (Cabin)

Welcome to our simple and charming cabin by beautiful Morsjøen – perfect for those who seek peace, nature and real cabin atmosphere. There is no electricity, no water – but everything you need to find your resting heart rate. Inside the cabin you will find two cozy bedrooms with bunk beds (185 cm long), a simple kitchen area with gas burner, and a good wood stove that keeps you warm on cold evenings. The outdoor toilet is right outside – simple but clean. Morsjøen and nearby fishing waters offer great fishing opportunities.

Welcome to our charming storehouse at Leinstrand! The farm is beautifully located and is only a short drive from Trondheim city center! The storehouse is cozy to charming with a warm welcoming atmosphere, where it is possible to enjoy, as well as have nice conversations! It is also possible to prepare meals together in a fully equipped kitchen and relax on the sofa afterwards. Here you can experience the tranquility and beauty of the countryside and take delicious trips nearby! Short distance to Gaula, Øysand and Bymarka.

Fantastic place with unique location and beautiful views, right on the waterfront. You have the whole place to yourself, 2 nice cottages with terrace and large lawns around. Close to the bus and city center, without losing the cabin feeling. Quiet and private, with water and mountains that you can enjoy both day and night. Both cabins have a living room, bathroom with toilet, kitchen and bedroom. Shower in one bathroom. Outside there are several dining groups, sun beds, daybed, trampoline, fire pan and private boat.

Annex/Stabbur on 2 floors in the courtyard, approx. 60 sqm, built in 2011. The courtyard is located high and free at the top of Buvika, direct access to exit terrain and outdoor life. 6 km from Buvika city center, and barely 30 km from Trondheim city center. Living room/kitchen and bathroom on the 1st floor, on the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 room with single bed and desk, and 1 TV room. Bed linen/pillowcases/towels are included. Guests clean before check-out, cleaning is included (NOK 300)

Cozy "Stabbur", 30 min. from Trondheim

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)

Modern and spacious cottage of about 140 sqm idyllically located near the beach at Selbusjøen, only half an hour's drive from Trondheim city center. Spacious with all amenities and well equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms, one of which has a combined washing machine and dryer. Two bedrooms with beds for adults and a children's room with bed for older children. In addition, there is a basement living room with a double sofa bed with two pull-out beds. TV on all floors, PS5 in the basement.

Recharge your batteries at this unique and quiet accommodation located in the middle of nature with amazing views. There are nice hiking trails right outside the door, a lighted trail with great ski trails in winter and many nice hiking trails in summer. Peaceful and very quiet, no traffic noise.
