A newly built house in the countryside, large apartment on the upper floor of 140 sqm with an open-plan layout. The house is located on a farm with the forest just behind and a large garden with a lawn. The apartment has all the amenities, such as a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a toilet/shower and a washing machine. 4 beds (double bed + sofa bed) If there are more of you in the group, there is space for your own mattress or a cot. A few hundred metres away, there is a wind shelter with a barbecue area by a pond. A wood-fired natural sauna can be rented for an additional SEK 500.

Quiet but central location. 5-minute walk to shops and restaurants. Close to Lake Vänern, woodland and nature, a shopping centre, and attractions such as the Håverud Aqueduct. Cleaning is included. Bed linen & towels cost extra.

NOTE: Cleaning is not included! The house should be left in the same condition as upon arrival, otherwise a cleaning fee will be added.

Välkommen till vårat hus! Huset blir 100 år ligger mitt i centrum utav Mellerud. Huset har tillgång till det du behöver och är familjevänligt. Huset ligger längst väg 45an. 2 min gående till alla affärer och torg. 11 min ifrån tågstationen. För att ligga mitt i centrum så är de väldigt lugnt med en stor vacker uteplats.
