You would share a large dining room between the units great for dinner gatherings such as Thanksgiving. You may instead choose to rent the dining room for $75 when booking this home.

Farm Stay Experience

Our place is a renovated, two bedroom, 1930's farmhouse on a working hobby farm. 28 Acres of farm land with animals accompany the house. A detached garage is home to Farm to Feast Knoxville and will have private dining parties through reservations only. This site is near the house but will host less than 24 people. Guests are ten minutes from Turkey Creek shopping and restaurants. Easily accessible to I40/Watt Rd. exit. NO SMOKING is allowed in the house.

The Lake Escape

The Lake Escape sits near the Emory River providing a great place for boating, fishing, swimming, or relaxing on the wrap around deck. There is a public area with boat ramp about 1 mile away. You can experience day trips such as hiking, golfing, ATV (Windrock Park located 18 miles and 30 minutes from Historical Brushy Mountain Prison (tours & dinning). Roane state college 20min. Long term renter's welcome.

Guest reviews often remark on the cleanliness and small touches for my Airbnb. I love the large yard, ability to move the living room furniture around to suit your needs and the games and books. There are two outdoor areas with seating and smoking is allowed outside. The RV or Boat parking is a bonus. There is also a large, padlocked storage shed for bikes and gear.
