It is an open floor plan for the kitchen/living room but a split floor plan from the master bedroom to the other side of the house for the two smaller bedrooms with each side having their own bathroom. It has everything you would need in the kitchen! Very spacious and newly renovated. It is 3 blocks from downtown Mena and walking distance to Jansen Park Avenue.
