özdere beachfront apartment

Our spacious 2+1 apartment, located in the center of Özdere, on the main street, is 5 minutes' walk from the sea. Ideal for children, very close to the public beach with sand and shallow sea. A total of 4 adults can stay with a double bed, a single bed, sofa beds in the living room and an extra bed. Dishwasher and washing machines, air conditioning, complete kitchenware can be used. There is a table for four people on the large balcony. Our building is only two floors, quiet and calm, offering the comfort of a detached house.

Vacation home 2 directly on the sea (DENİZE SIFIR YAZLIK)

The vacation home is certified by the Ministry of Tourism. The house is situated in a settlement and is directly connected to a beach promenade. From there, the nearest village of Ürkmez can be reached on foot in 15 minutes (bakery, supermarkets, pharmacy, doctors, weekly market). In front of the house is the sandy beach 50 m away. From the living room, from all bedroom balconies and terraces there is a sea view. The living room and 3 bedrooms have air conditioning. In the house is a Sebil (for drinking water cooling)

You can relax with your nuclear family at this peaceful place to stay. It is 2 stops, about 1 km away from Özdere Havacılar Camp. Located in a very modern neighborhood, 250 meters from the sea, this garden floor is a completely independent area. There are tangerine and olive trees in front. It stays quite cool in the summers and is enjoyable to stay in. There is a grocery store and Tekel dealership 150 meters from the house. Migros, A101, Bim and Sok are 800 meters away. The sea is immaculate and wonderful.
