The city of Izmir (40 km) can be reached by bus/dolmus (minibus) or by taxi. The sandy beach is 50 metres away, and there is a chilled drinking water dispenser (Sebil) and 3 air conditioning units in the house.

Our house is 300 m from İpekkum beach. (Our house is 5 min by foot to İpekum beach which is famous for its silky sand.) It is 30 minutes from Seferhisar-Kuşadası and Selçuk Ephesus. (Just 30 min away by bus to Ephesus, Seferhisar & Kuşadası.) You can also get there in 45 minutes from Cumaovası with bus 776. You can reach Gümüldür with bus 776 from Cumaovası station, which is just 1 stop away from Adanan Menderes airport The house has air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, hot water, TV.
