Splendid Bohemian Loft – 120 m2 in the heart of Paris!

On the ground floor, quiet, bright, cheerful, this loft consists of a large main room around which the kitchen, bedrooms 1 and 3 and bedroom 2 and its independent living room are arranged. You'll love its atypical charm! It is accessed by one of the last Parisian paved courtyards, very "Paris Doisneau". Very well connected, it is located in the "New" Marais – Boulevard Beaumarchais, Rue de Bretagne, Oberkampf, Archives, Place des Vosges, Picasso Museum. You'll do everything on foot.

Charming artist's loft on the top floor of an historic building from 1611. The loft is an open space with kitchen, dining, sleeping, working and relaxing spaces. Very high ceilings, lots of light and quiet. Separated by a semi-private courtyard (shared with one neighbor) from one of the main streets running the length of the Marais, steps away from the cafés, restaurants, shops and markets of the rue de Bretagne, the Carreaux de Temple and the public garden of the Square du Temple.

SPACE! to breath & relax! Unique Loft by the Canal

Beautiful and carefully designed and equipped loft very close the the trendy Canal Saint Martin. Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, like Wifi, TV, big kitchen, comfortable bathroom, a lot of space to relax. Look at the pictures, they speak for themselves. The apartment is on the ground floor making it easy access, it still has great daylight all day due to it's many windows. Great for couples, families or groups of friends. Not good for events or parties.

Beautiful loft on the ground floor of the building courtyard, with a functional kitchen, bathroom, office. It includes 4 beds: 1 double bed (160 x 200 cm) on a mezzanine overlooking the living room (low ceiling height, see photo), and 2 armchairs on the ground floor in the living room. Quiet but in the heart of a shopping and very lively area. Ideal starting point to visit Paris or to work. Bed linen and towels provided.

Small haven of peace, refurbished, fully equipped, on a shopping street surrounded by cozy bars and close to the Parmentier (3) Rue Saint Maur (3) and Ménilmontant (2) metro stations. Not open to rentals with children or teenagers because of a staircase without a railing.
